Ard Contracts completed the internal partitions, suspended ceilings, acoustic ceiling baffles and wall panels, drylining, and the design and installation of the external steel framing systems at the new campus. Founded by Mark and Stephen McGowan, who offer combined experience of over 40 years, the business provides professional interior fit-out solutions to a client base across the UK and Ireland. Ard Contracts has grown rapidly, with an ever-increasing workload and client portfolio. Working throughout the UK and Ireland, Ard Contracts is involved
in many large-scale projects such as student accommodations, hotels, schools, and office block fitouts in the range of £1m-£6m. Mark McGowan, Director of Ard Contracts Ltd, said, “We aim to produce work of the highest quality and, with the campus situated so prominently in the centre of Coleraine, there was a lot of focus on how it would look. “However, we felt confident it would turn out well and the finished campus did not disappoint. It was fantastic to be part of such a prestigious local project. There were a lot of different trades on site, but we worked well together, stuck
to the programme and were able to complete within a tight timeframe.” Ard Contracts offers a full
