to marks, scuffs and stains. Dulux Trade Diamond Matt has also been tested to withstand up to 10,000 scrubs, meaning surfaces can be cleaned without damaging the paint film. This made it an ideal choice for these high-traffic areas as it can withstand the large volume of students using the building each day. Dulux Trade Diamond Matt is also 99.9% volatile organic compound free and compliant with BREEAM and LEED certifications, making it a more sustainable selection too. In addition, Dulux Trade Diamond Satinwood was used on the internal pre-primed timber doors, skirting, metal stairwell rails, metal encasement panels and architraves. This paint is known for its excellent protection against scratches, stains and grease. It is also quick drying, has a low odour, and will not yellow or discolour. Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell was used for the internal wet rooms and gym facilities. This paint is renowned for its durability and stain-resistance, making it an ideal choice for areas that require frequent cleaning. It also offers excellent resistance to marks and scuffs, ensuring the spaces maintain their pristine
