Scents of the Mediterranean
Dear Passengers, Some of the most memorable moments of a jo- urney happen even before we reach our destinati- on. As we travel between two cities, between dai- ly life and new experiences, we have an opportunity to pause, look around, and embrace the joy of dis- covering the world. The August edition of our magazine takes you to the Mediterranean, to Nice and Palermo, cities that have attracted travellers for generations, with their rich history and culture, and with their unique atmospheres. I hope the pages of this issue of Ele- vate will inspire your future journeys and remind you that every new journey out into the world is an oppor- tunity to broaden our horizons. The growing desire to travel is also reflected in the results we are achieving. During the first six mon- ths of this year, more than two million passengers chose Air Serbia for their journey. To us, this achieve- ment represents far more than a number – it is con- firmation of the trust you place in us, and motivati- on to continue growing and developing our business in line with your expectations. In this issue, you will also learn more about the new Airbus A320 aircraft that have recently joined our fleet, as well as the people whose expertise and professionalism help drive Air Serbia’s success every day. Among them is Dina Milovanović, the second female ATR captain in our airli- ne, whose career is an inspiring example of dedication and perseverance.

Dragi putnici, Neki od najlepših trenutaka putovanja de- šavaju se i pre samog dolaska na odredište. Dok smo između dva grada, između svakod- nevice i novih iskustava, imamo priliku da za- stanemo, osvrnemo se oko sebe i prepustimo se otkrivanju sveta. Avgustovski broj našeg magazina vodi vas na Mediteran, u Nicu i Palermo, gradove ko- ji već generacijama privlače putnike svojom istorijom, kulturom i jedinstvenom atmosfe- rom. Verujem da će vas stranice magazina „Elevejt“ inspirisati za neka naredna putova- nja i podsetiti na to koliko je svaki novi susret sa svetom prilika da proširimo vidike. Sve veća želja za putovanjima oseća se i u rezultatima koje ostvarujemo. Tokom prvih šest meseci ove godine više od dva miliona putnika izabralo je Er Srbiju za svoje putova- nje. To dostignuće za nas predstavlja mnogo više od brojke – ono je potvrda poverenja ko- je nam ukazujete i motiv da nastavimo da ra- stemo i razvijamo naše poslovanje u skladu sa vašim očekivanjima. U ovom broju saznaćete više i o novim avi- onima „erbas A320“ koji su pristigli u našu flo- tu, kao i o ljudima koji svojim znanjem i profesi- onalizmom svakodnevno doprinose uspehu Er Srbije. Među njima je i Dina Milovanović, druga žena kapetan ATR aviona u na- šoj kompaniji, čija je karijera inspirati- van primer posvećenosti i istrajnosti.
