*Please note that food vendors will need to be approved by the Oxford County Board of Health. **Proof of insurance coverage will be required for non-BIA businesses and high-risk vendors.
• All displays must be in place by 4:30 PM. No displays can be removed from the Block Party until after 9:00 PM. • All displays must be moved to the sidewalk at the end of the evening of the Block Party. No part of the display can be left on the roadway. The Town of Tillsonburg is not responsible for lost or misplaced items. • All participants must supply their own tents (& weights), tables and chairs. No hydro will be available unless you make your own arrange- ments with a downtown retailer. Extension cords and mats to avoid trip hazards are not provided.
