Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 10:00 AM STANDARD CLASSES TONING & ABS (HYBRID)
Workout of the Day Classes Monthly Class Rate: $20/month/one day, or $40/month/both days Individual Class Rate: $10 Standard Classes
We’ll work all major muscle groups with options for dumbells (or other weights), tubing, and sometimes body weight.
FOREVER FIT (HYBRID)
Monthly Rate: $35/month Individual Class Rate: $15 Specialty Classes Monthly Rate:$50/month Individual Class Rate: $20
Thursdays at 4:30 PM (45 minutes) Work onbalance, flexibility, and light strengthening. It will be helpful to have a chair and a couple of light weights.
STEP UP CIRCUIT (IN PERSON)
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:30 AM A combination of Step aerobics, full-body toning, and Pilates! This class is offered in-studio only and is not available on Zoom.

Mondays & Wednesdays at 8:30 AM The Wednesday class will incorporate the use of the stability ball! Gain core strength, balance and more! PILATES (HYBRID) POWER YOGA (HYBRID) SPECIALTY CLASSES
This class will improve your strength & stamina through a full body workout with its core foundation being rooted in weightlifting techniques and military fitness training.
YOGA FOR THE AGES
Wednesdays at 6:00 PM This is a physically challenging class for all levels. You will gain strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. Get ready to sweat!

Join us for a gentle yoga class that incorporates yoga poses (asanas), the breath, and mindful awareness. Gayle Fleming seeks to impart a joyful expression of and appreciation for our bodies, our minds, and our innate ability to access our own inner awareness. This class is suitable for all ages and experience levels.
YOGA FUSION (HYBRID)
This class includes a warm-up, vinyasa flow then strength training with yoga poses followed by stretching, cooldown and relaxation. Saturdays at 8:30 AM
