Our fitness professionals are Certified Personal Trainers with specializations in areas such as corrective exercise, weight loss, golf, and sports performance. They are skilled at creating personal fitness programs customized for you. The personal training team at ANCC will focus on your goals while making sure that your training sessions are fun and engaging.

ANCC’s Junior A & B Certification Program was created to educate, train, and teach our junior members how to safely utilize the fitness center. Junior A members (16-17 years old) work with a personal trainer for one session ($68) on machine orientation, free weight safety, and exercises specific to the sport they may be involved in. Junior B members (13-15 years old) participate in three one-on-one sessions ($184) with a more detailed focus on machine set-up (cardio and circuit), free weight and body weight exercises and general stretching.
