To Ciaran McMahon for supporting us on the recent ICE Award Submission. To Taine for all the support & amazing graphics during the year, you have really taken our presentations to the next level that has without doubt helped us secure more projects. To Stefan Hopwood for making the effort to be part of the team from the outset and for bringing a great energy to everything he does. The IT team - Chris, Caroline, Jamie & Conor - always on hand to help solve a technical problem. Be lost without them!! Hugh Ward - still only new but a total pleasure to work with! Our friendly office staff, Coffee Machine And Lunch crew!! The Board - working away at keeping us all ticking and learning, that in turn is what makes Ardmac ‘Build Better’.

To Sahan Deva for putting in the effort to improve her design skills over the year while working on RDD Vienna, her positive attitude is great. To Paddy Mooney for juggling multiple projects at once.
