Gabbour en est à sa troisième saison dans l’uniforme des Glens, ayant disputé sa première campagne en 2012-2013. Il avait alors obtenu 17 buts et 15 passes. L’ancien joueur des Barracudas de Deux-Rives dans le circuit midget B du Québec s’est bâti une réputation de joueur d’impact dans la division St. Lawrence, avec un style agressif et une vision globale du jeu. Après une saison écourtée en 2013-2014, le numéro 12 est revenu en force pour la présente campagne et il occupe présentement le deuxième rang du classement des pointeurs de la ligue avec 55 points, derrière Nicolas Brazeau des Vikings de Casselman.
