(MAREJ) 2015 Industrial and Economic Development Annual Summit. As part of the “Industrial 2.0: The New Approach to Industrial Devel- opment” panel, Leifer, along with his fellow panelists, discussed a range of topics, including emerging trends in New Jersey’s industrial sec- tor, the State’s infrastructure and its effect on industrial development, and how dif- ferent municipalities are handling the redevelopment of industrial sites. Based in Rochelle Park, NJ, Case is a commercial real estate investment com- pany, active as both a situ- ational lender and purchaser of non-performing debt and transitional properties. On the heels of closing $40 mil- lion in transactions in 2014, the company has funding available to further broaden its platform this year.
