Last month was no exception, when on the evenings of February 17th and 25th Furman was able to give back to dozens of members of the community by treating them all to dinner at Flem- ing’s Steakhouse, along with an educational Power Point presentation. Furman continues to hone and refine his workshop se- ries for the greatest benefit of homeowners seeking to un- derstand the process of listing, marketing, and selling a home. For those potential sellers who haven’t bought or sold a home inmany years, Furman’s presentation is particularly enlightening, explicating the impact of internet marketing on real estate sales. He also focuses his talk on the im- portance of preparing a home for the market and pricing it right. “Exceeded my expectations,” said one guest at the February 17th dinner workshop. “An ex- cellent presentation!” said an attendee from the 25th. Attendees of Furman’s work- shop each received a copy of his book What You Really Need to Know about Selling Your House.
