a 25,000 s/f industrial building located at 63A Green Moun- tain Rd. in Hazleton, to Great- er Hazleton Community Area New Development Organization, Inc. (d.b.a CAN DO) . David Weaver and Stephen Col e, sales as- sociates, and Fred Meyer, SIOR , director of corporate services, represented both the buyer and the seller, D & F Properties, LLC, in the transaction. The 25,000 s/f building is located within Humboldt In- dustrial Park – a 3,000-acre industrial complex just off Interstate 81 (Exit #143) along State Route 924. Home to 50 industries and 7,000 employ- ees, it is the largest industrial park in the greater Hazleton area. Current tenants include: Amazon.com, The Hershey Company, Aryzta, Graham Packaging, Tootsie Roll In- dustries, Archer Daniels Mid- land, AutoZone and American Eagle, among others. CAN DO – a private, non- profit industrial/economic de- velopment corporation serving greater Hazleton inNortheast- ern Pennsylvania – purchased the building.
