22127 - CAI Feedback 2024 COMPLETE v1

Marketing Report - an update Suzie Hamm-Bury, Marketing Specialist

Evolving Connectivity 2024 Welcome to the spring 2024 edition of Feedback and another exciting marketing update for CAI. This is a busy time for CAI as we begin to focus very much on our main show of the year Evolving Connectivity 2024.

City & Guilds Accreditation CAI continues to be pleased with our City & Guilds Accreditation that we were awarded 9 years ago, passing 2023’s audit with flying colours once again in early 2024, thanks to the hard work by Amanda. Amanda ensures that all of our evidence and procedures that City & Guilds require are always kept up to date to ensure we retain our accreditation moving forward. This can include even more CAI courses in the future should we wish – well done Amanda! City & Guilds went onto report that CAI implement implicit continuous improvement strategy.

This year will see CAI returning to the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, where we are sure the show will be an even bigger success than it was before. As expected, all of the relevant industry questions will be asked right here, and with top presenters visiting the industry’s top independent show for signal reception and distribution, this really is a show not to be missed! Fast track registration to the show is now available when you visit: http/ evolvingconnectivity.com/index.php/visitor- registration The office is also busy with the final arrangements for another Gala Dinner and industry presentation evening. The dinner will be held at the National Motorcycle Museum on Thursday 21 March, along with our prestigious awards ceremony. Accommodation for most, remains at the Arden Hotel, and coaches have been arranged to help with logistics for guests. We very much look forward to seeing you there.

We currently have 12 bespoke CAI courses that are C&G accredited.

TrustMark Scheme We are delighted to report in this edition that CAI have recently passed their TrustMark audit. Taking place at the Watford offices, the TrustMark internal Compliance Panel visited Charlene and Peter back in November 2023. The findings of the audit were as follows; “I would like to congratulate you on a successful audit with no non-compliances with the TrustMark Framework, there are also no Opportunities for Improvement”.
