LAINFIELD, NJ – Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) , a corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, announced it has brokered the sale of 1280 North Ave. in Plainfield, a 19,400 s/f indus- trial facility. The property was purchased by 1280 North Avenue Asso- ciates for $1.45 million from TJK Associates, a client of ex- ecutive vice president Grego- ry Irving, SIOR , of BRC for over 25 years. transaction and represented the seller. Cresa NewJersey represented the buyer. 1280 North Ave. is a fully- leased 19,400 s/f industri- al property with 18’ ceiling heights, 40-foot by 40-foot column spacing, two loading docks and two drive-in doors. The property offers access to Routes 28 and 22, and is in close proximity to I-78. NEWBRUNSWICK, NJ — Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) an- nounced Jordan Logistics has leased 65,000 s/f of industrial space at 1600 Rte. 1 in North Brunswick. Vice president Leo Esses of BRC was re- sponsible for the transaction and represented the tenant. Jordan Logistics has 25 years of combined experience in the shipping of soft and hard goods and provides logistics, warehousing and e-commerce distribution services for its clients. Its customer base in- cludes major retailers, catalog companies and e-commerce websites. “We are pleased to have represented Jordan Logistics in expanding its operations to this great location on Route 1 which has great highway access to major thorough- fares such as the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 130.
