In the largest of the leases, Home Care Associates, Inc., extended its lease of some 8,180 s/f on the 10th floor of 1500 Walnut in a renewal contract negotiated by Viturello and Frederick who represented the tenant in finalizing the space contract with 1500 Walnut Enterprises, LLC. According to Frederick, the aggregate rental of the lease extension exceeds $870,000.
