Chadds Ford, PA — KarMar Realty Group, Inc. announced the sale of two Delaware County properties. The sales price of the two prop- erties totaled in excess of $1.2 million. The first property was a 3,119 s/f, single-story, free standing building on a .75 acre site located at 67 Wilmington Pike in Concord Township. The second property was raw ground located at the corner of Brandywine Dr. and Rte. 1 in Chadds Ford, PA. “The Wilmington Pike prop- erty was sold by Arora Leasing Group, LP to Orth 202,” said J ustin Soss , executive vice

president of KarMar Realty Group, Inc. “The property had been a retail site, but the new owners intend to use the build- ing as office space. “The 5.7 acre Rte. 1 site was sold by Gakis Property Hold- ings, LLC to the Henderson Group, Inc. The site is currently zoned B-Business and LI-Light Industrial. Pending appropri- ate approvals, the Henderson Group is planning to build a hotel and restaurant complex on the site,” said Soss.
