PARTNERSHIP THE MIGHT WAY: CONVERSATION, COLLABORATION, AND CO-CREATION (3C)
3C is a versatile and applicable strategy across various contexts, including technology development, G2G relations, environmental conservation, and education. Embracing these principles can lead to more effective partnerships, innovative solutions, and improved outcomes in a wide range of fields. Effective communication assists MIGHT in understanding the context of a programme and in gaining early support and buy-in from key stakeholders, followed by solutions and some strategic actions.
MIGHT then engages with relevant stakeholders and facilitates the co-creation of flagship programmes, projects, or specific platforms with clear target areas that require addressing and action. This can result in a variety of outputs, ranging from policy documents and business models to products and services Following through on a conversation is consequential as it may lead to various forms of collaboration. Co-funding guarantees that collaboration, research, development, and other activities can take place with less expenditures while gaining a multiplier, impact, or outcome that exceeds what one could do alone.
