Those who love me will keep my word and my Father will love them and he will come to them and make his home with them. Whoever does not love me does not keep my words and the word that you hear is not mine, but is from the Father who sent me. John 14: 23-24
By God’s Word, instructions, commands, God gives us the answer to our question, “How can I have a good life?” In love, we receive love. Following God’s Word, instructions, commands is about us receiving God’s love. If we love God, who first loved us, we will accept God’s love for us. God loves us. We experience God’s love. That experience prompts us to love God in return. Loving God in return, we choose to accept God’s love for us.

in love we receive. Receiving God’s love, God shows us more love. It’s a good life.
