During his earlier tenure as Director of Tax and Zoning Incentives for New York City’s Housing Preservation and Development Department, more than 1,500 units of low-income housing were created via public-private partnerships. Under Jamie’s guidance, the Affiliate Program will expand to other markets where the critical need for safe and affordable housing remains unmet.
