a.
all sections in the audit report have been completed
b. all standards or modules have been witnessed during the two year certification cycle
c. assessment of findings and required verification of closure items
d. critical requirements which are identified in the assessment form
e. follow up from any investigation which was required for that site
7.7.5 The certification body will upload the completed assessment template into WINDA. If neither the audit report from the certification body, nor the completed assessment template is uploaded into WINDA within 12 months, the site will be de-activated in WINDA 7.7.6 The certification body may request the training provider to re-do an internal audit following quality assessment. If so, this must be reflected in the completed assessment template 7.7.7 The required sampling of records by the external auditor as part of the completion of the assessment template and following the internal audit can be done remotely 7.7.8 A copy of the completed assessment template will be sent by the external auditor both to the training provider and to the central function 7.7.9 Specific time must be allocated in the audit plan for the review of the internal audit reports and completion of the assessment template by the certification body. A guidance of required time for this task would be four to eight hours for each internal audit 7.7.10 The GWO Internal Audit Report (multi-site certification) must be used as the internal audit report template. It can be downloaded from www.globalwindsafety.org/certificationbodies/certification-body-criteria 7.7.11 A copy of the internal audit must be kept by the training provider and for a period of, at least, the validity period of the certificate plus three months 7.7.12 GWO may review the assessment template completed by the certification body and revert to the external auditor for further completion in case significant gaps are identified 7.8 Multi-Site Training Provider Certificates 7.8.1 As a minimum, the certificate of conformity shall contain the following:
a.
multi-site training provider’s name (name of company)
b. sites or training facilities included in the certificate (name and address)
c. GWO standard /training module title(s) and version number
d. audited for fixed, mobile, digital, or on-site training (if included in the scope)
e.
certification body name
