STRUCTURED ONE-ON-ONE COACHING/MENTORING All agents have unlimited access to one-on-one coaching with our leadership team, tailored to their individual goals. Sessions may cover business planning, team building, scaling, lead generation, and service best practices. ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS Small, agent-led groups meet regularly to set goals, track progress, and support one another. While peer-driven, these are company-facilitated to ensure structure and alignment with brokerage objectives. AGENT DEVELOPMENT MEETINGS Twice a year, leadership meets with every agent to review their personal and professional goals. These meetings help the company identify meaningful ways to support each agent’s growth. UNLIMITED CE / CLASSROOM TRAINING We offer frequent in-person CE classes at no cost, along with unlimited online CE through our partnership with Barney Fletcher—all free to our agents.
