WHAT IS FRONTDOOR? FrontDoor is a lead program developed right here at K&P. It consists primarily of calls or inquiries to our office, website, or other lead sources. Primary sources include: • Front desk sign calls • Website inquiries • Rental Department Leads Requesting Buyer Consult • Broker and Staff Referrals • Company Corporate and Builder Referrals • Other Partner Referrals WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Agents in good standing with a track record of solid personal production. Agents must also be licensed in both Georgia and Alabama. COST FrontDoor Leads have a 35%-50% referral fee due at closing. Anywhere leads are leads that are generated through the Anywhere network’s vast lead intake system. These may include: • Corporate Relocation • Broker to Broker • Lender and Affinity Programs WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Agents must be licensed in GA and AL. Have a previous AGC production of at least $50,000 per year. There is also additional training and background screening required for these leads.
