WHAT This plan is provided by Angle Health and uses the Cigna PPO of networks. It is a competitive and low deductible plan that doesn’t require a medical evaluation or disclosure of pre-existing conditions. AFLAC SUPPLEMENTAL PLANS K&P also provides agents access to group rated Aflac policies.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE Agents working full time. Additionally, participants must have an active credit card or bank account on file, not be past due on your agent account, and must pay two months worth of premiums in advance, which will be held in escrow by the company for future payments.
