Lawn/ Lawn Maintenance and Watering : a. Seasonal Residents are responsible to maintain their lots during the entire year and communicate to the Palm Grove Registration Office who you are entrusting to maintain your landscape . Refer to the Recommended Services Page under Lawn Maintenance for an approved vendor. Lawn service must be retained every two weeks or as required by your vendor. b. Lots that have no grass and have been replaced by stone must be sprayed every two weeks to remove weeds that grow up through the stone. c. Seasonal owners may plant bushes, shrubs, and flowers on their site only if they are “low maintenance” varieties. Due to limited space on the carport side, we ask you to determine whether you want to have grass in that location or flowers and plants. The area is too tight for both. If you elect to have flowers and plants in that location, we suggest it be in the form of a bed that is mulched to prevent weeds.
