YOUR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE (RV)
1. Any Recreational Vehicle in the Park must be maintained in good repair, must have inflated tires, and be capable of relocating upon short notice. If Word of Life needs to have your unit moved for any reason, it will be the owner’s responsibility to arrange relocation at the owner’s expense. 2. Your RV may be skirted only with aluminum skirting or lattice. Park Models will only have Aluminum skirting. 3. Only tire covers that have been manufactured for that purpose will be used in the park. 4. On lots with drive- in RV’s, only one approved accessory building (shed) will be allowed. The drip edge of the shed shall be no closer than 8’ from the RV, and 3’ from the lot line.
SITE IMPROVEMENTS: CONCRETE WORK
Seasonal Residents may add a driveway, sidewalks, and/or a patio. To maintain unity within the park we have specific locations and guidelines for the pouring of concrete. Due to permit codes in Pasco County, all concrete work will be under the Direct Supervision of Palm Grove. All work to be completed must first be submitted on the RV Park Work Request Form, including a detailed drawing and measurements on the reverse side. The Request Form is available at this link: https://florida.wol.org/rv-park/ All Concrete work is calculated per square foot.
HANGING RACKS/CLOTHES LINES FOR LAUNDRY ON THE LOT
Are NOT permissible.
SCREENROOMS, ADDITIONS, AND ENCLOSURES
Screen rooms, additions, and enclosures are allowed in the park as long as they are specifically manufactured to connect to the curbside of your RV by means of grommets and snaps and are designed to utilize your awning as the roof. These units are designed and manufactured for the RV industry and are portable. Other than approved storage sheds, there will be no free-standing screen rooms, additions, or enclosures in the park unless special permission is given by the park manager.
