South East Asia's First Vertical Axis Wind Turbine Manufacturer

CREATOR

DESIGNER &

Danish nationality, Henrik Pryter, the CEO of ElQuator Holding Berhad always had his eyes for everything he saw. He is the brainchild of all the systems developed for the company. His vision is to see the world is less polluted and CO2 is reduced by adapting to using Renewable Energy, with or without his system. He is the creator and the owner of all the systems he believes will change how energy is produced in the future.

KNOW US

Elquator Holding Berhad is a European-owned company based in Malaysia. We own IP design rights for complete Renewable Energy systems and are the only manufacturer of vertical wind turbine systems in Southeast Asia. Our energy production system is equipped with a high-technology storage system to ensure sustainable energy supplies around the clock. We believe our state-of-the-art energy system could assist in mitigating the CO2 emissions from electricity production from coal and gas. Our technology can produce wind energy with a mere 2.3m/s wind speed and fill the storage system despite the myth that the wind pattern in this region is not suitable for generating wind power, produced by our subsidiary company, Elquator Wind Turbine Sdn Bhd.

TECHNOLOGIES we BUILT

ENERGY GENERATION SYSTEM WORLD for the

We are proud that we successfully improved the conventional windmill by improvising the design, where we scaled down the size and changed the turbine rotation from horizontal to vertical. Our Vertical Windmill System is far more efficient with just a low wind presence. Now, anyone can own a windmill complete with a wind energy system as our design can be used anywhere in the World with a low wind knot and yet still able to produce sufficient energy. The idea behind our Vertical Windmill System is that we come up with a very light windmill with the same m2 wing area as a traditional windmill. We use natural elements to spin our shafts to drive our permanent magnate generator (PMG), same concept as the bicycle dynamo. The stronger the wind speed, the more power will be harnessed. With that, the energy storage is filled. Unlike the traditional windmill that uses high knot wind to move the blades, our Vertical Windmill System is lighter and smaller. It is more practical to be installed in any area and runs well regardless of any wind direction. Our specifically designed blades can turn the kinetic energy in wind into power that ranges 40kW per system. We design our Vertical Windmill System as simple as we could to minimize the cost but still carry a cutting edge that is high-performance deliverance. We design the pole to be tall so the blades could capture the wind speed as low as 2.3m/s to start spinning and generating energy. We make sure the power is enough as required with the build-in Energy Storage System. Everything comes in one piece, plug, and play. Saving the surplus will no longer be an issue as all energy generated is kept in our storage and made available whenever needed. We believe our Vertical Windmill System will be a phenomenon of the new renewable energy system. It will revolutionize how wind power can be generated and able to provide the green, renewable, and sustainable energy that the World needs.

THE EFFICIENCY OF THE

1

SYSTEM

1. When the wind data logger detects wind speeds exceeding 2.3 m/s for 120 seconds, it activates the stator motor, turning the wind turbine blades. This allows the turbine to capture the wind's kinetic energy efficiently. 2. As the blades rotate, they will move the gear, initiating the permanent magnet generator (PMG) to generate electrical energy. 3. The energy produced by the PMG is then transmitted to the connected energy storage system for future use. 4. In scenarios where the wind speed is insufficient, the stator motor, a reliable component, will be triggered to spin the blades. This ensures the continuous operation and energy production of our system, providing you with a reliable source of energy. 5. The energy storage system will be replenished again, ensuring a continuous and efficient supply.

SIMULATION OF THE VERTICAL AXIS WIND TURBINE

Our innovative Vertical Axis Windmill System is designed to optimize wind flow, allowing for convenient passage of wind. Through a detailed simulation, we can visualize how the wind interacts with the vertical blades, initiating the rotation of the permanent magnet generator (PMG). This system harnesses the power of wind in an efficient and sustainable manner.

GREEN ENERGY FOR PETRONAS GAS STATION

WIND ENERGY POWERING THE STATION

Picture a fuel station operating on wind power generated from a vertical-axis wind turbine.

COMBINATION SYSTEM FOR ENERGY REPRODUCTION Energy reproduction involves creating or duplicating energy. This can include utilizing various methods, such as renewable energy generation or innovative energy production techniques. Energy reproduction, a field that you, as engineers, energy industry professionals, and researchers, are integral to, refers to any process or technology that generates or replicates energy. The system designed to power the Petronas station will combine both systems, with the Compressed Air Buoyancy System as a storage for the wind energy generated from the Vertical Axis Wind Turbine system.

Saving on high-cost power delivery: Minimizing investment in power transfer cables and facilities. Small footprint with high yield: Maximizing space for efficient energy production. Intelligent placement: Delivering power where needed.

STRATEGIC PLACEMENT

Be there, be near

MINIMAL SPACING

The compact size of the system, along with its high kilowatt (kW) output, contributes to an exceptionally favorable ratio of size to power. This approach eliminates the requirement to possess or obtain extensive land space, as the need for large land holdings is no longer necessary.

Plants and trees are the natural carbon capture tools PRESERVING NATURE AND FARMLAND

Leave the land and nature as it should be – A windmill is suitable anywhere, be it on the farmland, rural or mountainous landscape.

One location, two outcome – Sharing the same space in producing food and power. More greens for the environment – World will be able to reduce carbon emission naturally if we do not sacrifice our nature for polluted energy production systems.

GO SMALL

Easy maintenance – high accessibility for easy reach. Easy installation – install at any location without the use of heavy machinery. Fit anywhere where power is needed – suitable in any geographical location that has wind speed.

CARBON CREDIT

Apart from being cost-effective, there is an additional benefit to wind turbine energy generation.

Trading on the carbon credit exchange can convert a smaller carbon footprint into money. The saved quota can be sold to users who have exceeded their carbon production limit.

For every 2,200kW, you can trade 1 carbon credit with a value of USD 120 or more.

The utilization of green energy offers numerous benefits. It not only promotes environmental sustainability but also contributes to economic value by reducing costs and creating new employment opportunities. Furthermore, green energy investments often yield long-term benefits, such as increased energy independence and a reduced reliance on fossil fuels.

TECHNOLOGY READINESS LEVEL (TRL) Our technology readiness level (TRL) of 9, a clear indication of our system's readiness, demonstrates that it has been proven to excel in real-world operational environments. We proudly confirm that our TRL meets all requirements and extend a warm invitation to any interested party looking to conduct tests on our system.

Scrap and tear-down requirements, waste management compliance. Metal parts: All metal in the system can be recycled, processed, and made into a new material. Recycling metal has advantages, including environmental benefits and energy savings. Fiberglass parts: There are three main processing methods for recycling fiberglass: grinding, incineration, and pyrolysis. The most obvious one is grinding. The material is chopped into small pieces and then shredded into small pieces or powders for reuse in other products.
