supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me.” For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.” II Corinthians 5:17 : “ Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here! ” Galatians 2:20 “ I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me. ” Galatians 3:10-13 “ For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written: ‘ Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.’ Clearly no one who relies on the law is justified before God, because ‘ the righteous will live by faith.’ The law is not based on faith; on the contrary, it says, ‘ The person who does these things will live by them.’ Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written: ‘ Cursed is everyone who is hung on a pole. ’”
