Foundations are complete and construction underway as H&A Group embarks on a redevelopment of its long- term Draperstown headquarters after 30 years at the site. Reflecting the mechanical contractor’s continued growth, innovation and commitment to creating a workplace designed for the future, the project will retain elements of the original structure while creating a modern, purpose- built space. Designed in collaboration with McGurk Architects with OBConstruction as main contractor, the new building will feature a seven-metre front extension, new second floor, expanded meeting rooms and flexible workspaces, and a dedicated training facility. Carlus McWilliams, Director, said, “This redevelopment has been a long-held vision for H&A Group. Our new headquarters will not only reflect who we are today but also provide the space and facilities we need to grow into the future. “This new space will allow us to bring all our locally based staff together under one roof, encouraging greater collaboration and knowledge sharing. We’re creating an environment where our team can thrive.” www.thehagroup.com H&A GROUP REDEVELOPS ITS DRAPERSTOWN HEADQUARTERS

MYLIFE BATHROOMS’ NEW £15M NEWRY SITE NEARS COMPLETION

Construction is well underway on a new 105,000sqft purpose-built warehouse and office facility in Newry for MyLife Bathrooms. Representing a £15m investment by the leading UK and Ireland supplier of high-quality bathroom products, the site will be one of the largest commercial buildings in the city. Main contractor Kelly Brothers has already completed the warehouse facades, while an internal reinforced concrete floor and high-level electrical installation are progressing well. The expansion into its third premises in 12 years reflects rapid growth across the UK and Ireland for

the business. Having outgrown its current space at Greenbank Industrial Estate, the new site is located at the Warrenpoint end of the estate. Founded in 2013 by Andrew O’Brien, MyLife has grown from a team of four to over 130 employees across three key locations including Newry, Wishaw in Scotland, and Southam in England. Expected to open in summer 2026, the new facility will further strengthen its operational capabilities with 85,000sqft of warehousing and 30,000sqft for office space and a new showroom. www.mylifebathrooms.com
