The trade counter refurbishment follows on from our investment two years ago in a new luxury bathroom showroom and smarter living area, which has been a huge success. Tell us about your team The team in Davies has vast experience across all the divisions. Their knowledge in the industry is second to none and enables us to better cater to our customers’ needs. Our in-house engineering team is readily available to carry out SR50 Calculations, loop drawings for underfloor heating systems and heat pump sizing. Tell us about your customer base We have a wide and varied customer base, from the man in a van to large mechanical contractors and also deal with all the main civil and Tier 1 contractors.
We are aiming to be the best-in-class, one-stop-shop supplier in Ireland from product availability, selection and training to technical backup. Do you host any training or customer- engagement events at Davies Raheny? We host an annual Summer Trade Event, bringing in five suppliers per day for a week to engage with our customers and offer them special discounts during the event. We are constantly training installers in our training centre on site and offer factory trips for consultants and mechanical contractors to our exclusive partners in Europe. This month, we are hosting a Design Night in our Raheny Bathroom Showroom. We will be engaging with interior designers and showcasing the services we offer. Next year, we have booked a stand at Plumbex Dublin to further enhance our brand awareness with installers and showcase some of the new products we are bringing to the market.
