Heat Merchants is now stocking the Rinnai N Series range of continuous-flow hot water heaters. Providing installers and end-users with a compact, enhanced combustion design, the range also offers easier installation, superior operational performance and ease of service and maintenance. The Rinnai N Series is the first continuous-flow hot water heating unit manufactured with stainless-steel heat exchangers, greatly extending working life at optimum performance for each of the four models in the range. The four models have options for internal and external mounting and can deliver temperature-controlled hot water at 50°C. • N1600i internally mounted: 954L per hour • N1600e externally mounted: 954L per hour • N1300i internally mounted: 775L per hour • N1300e externally mounted: 775L per hour
Load profile is XXL for the 1600s and XL for the 1300s, with all four models rated to water efficiency class A and low NOx at less than 26ppm, which gains additional points under BREEAM. The future-proofed, continuous-flow water heater utilises Rinnai’s patented advanced burner technology with a 13-1 turn-down ratio, which is the largest on the market, combined with a 96% efficiency rating. Integral controls on the units enable the water heater to achieve high efficiencies due to advanced burner control and high modulation ranges. These features ensure the system optimises gas usage, allowing users to squeeze every ounce of energy out of the water heating process and reduce energy usage by 73%. This wide range of modulation completely optimises energy usage as, through smart inbuilt controls, the water heater preserves energy by only heating
