When did you join Stuart Turner and what does your role entail? I started with Stuart Turner in 2023 and am the area sales manager for Ireland with responsibility for business development. I work with our distributor partners in the plumbing, installation, service and maintenance industry. What is currently driving the market in Ireland for Stuart Turner as a leading provider of water-boosting solutions? The plumbing and heating industry in Ireland has undergone significant changes over the past few years, driven by government initiatives and growing environmental awareness. There has been a notable shift towards sustainable and energy-efficient systems. We at Stuart Turner would like to contribute to this shift by improving our packaging, using less waste and less plastic. We are improving our efficiency by using less water and electricity where possible, like in our circulator pumps with high- efficiency EEI ratings of 0.20. What are Stuart Turner’s most popular products and have any new lines been launched? Stuart Turner is best known for its Monsoon shower pumps. We have recently launched our Monsoon professional whole house pump, which we are happy to say has been received very well by both merchants and installers. I think having a five-year warranty and its whisper quiet noise level have helped. Some installers are reporting that they can’t believe how quiet it is. Watch this space for more new products to come in 2026! Tell us about your customer base in Ireland? As the leading pump supplier in Ireland, we have product stocked in most, if not all, plumbers’ merchants nationwide. We

have a very loyal customer base. It’s great to meet our installers and to hear stories of how long they have been fitting Stuart Turner pumps; some for over 40-50 years. Have you any development plans for the Irish market? We have extensive plans for 2026. We have a strong emphasis on improving our customer service and making it easier for our customers to get technical advice and service calls should they arise. We have a dedicated email address and an Irish freephone number (see below). We also have a very successful marketing strategy specifically for Ireland. Our aim is to assist our customers in driving sales and promoting the products’ innovative

features and benefits. Training is also high on our agenda. We will be offering training sessions to all installers throughout Ireland whereby they can become certified Stuart Turner installers. They can also become preferred installers on our website in their regional areas. What are your interests outside of work? Family is most important to me. I love spending time with my family and friends. I like to tackle the odd DIY project. I can also be found out deep-sea fishing off Cork Harbour at weekends during summer.
