Join us for Resonance of Hope, a special sound bowl experience created in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Settle in, slow down and allow the soothing vibrations of sound bowls to create a peaceful space for relaxation, reflection and renewal. This special class honors survivors, remembers those we have lost, supports those currently facing breast cancer and celebrates the strength of the community surrounding them. Wear pink if you’d like and come as you are. Cost: Members: $15 Non-Members: $20 Wednesday, October 28th 5:30pm
*$5 Late Fee if not paid within 7 days prior to the class date.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own mat, eye mask, pillows and blankets. Anything that will make your experience more comfortable for you.
