Delivery: Delivery arrangements can be made at sale time or shortly following the sale. If at the sale, please give all directions possible to our clerks. Transfer of registration papers : All cattle sold will have papers transferred upon request, so please let the ladies know when you settle up after your purchase. Semen Interest: Weber Charolais and Red Angus is retaining a 1/3 semen interest in all bulls for sale today for a possibility to collect a bull for our own use at buyers convenience in the off season of breeding. The 1/3 semen interest also includes sharing of semen revenue and the buyer retains full possession. Flush Rights: Retain right to one flush in yearling Red Angus & Cha- rolais heifers offered at owner’s convenience. Health Program: All bulls have been semen tested and scrotal mea- sured with Dr. Erik Holum of Sweetgrass Vet of Dimock, SD and ultrasound scan performed by Jeff Schoenfelder, Certified Technician CUPS, also Sweet- grass Vet. We follow an extensive shot program with our cattle to maximize optimum health and Dr. Eric Holum will be explaining that on sale day. Feeding Program: All rations are set up by feed samples that are taken and set up accordingly to develop a ration that will make a sound in- dividual. All of this is consulted with J&R Feeds in which Phil Kempf or Jason Weber can be contacted to visit about the feeding program. View the Auction Live! Bid Online...you’re ringside right at your desk! Buying online is as easy as 1, 2, 3... 1. Create an account at www.dvauction.com under the “register” tab. 2. Apply for bidding approval by clicking on the “details” tab at least 24 hours prior to the auction. A DV representative will notify you once you have been approved. 3. Tune in for the sale and make your purchase! High speed internet is required for successful bidding. Be sure to check the lag-time monitor int he top left corner to ensure real-time broadcasts. Proxy Bidding: If you can’t make time to watch the sale, registers a proxy bid and let our system represent your bid while you are away. Lunch: Complimentary lunch begins at 11:30 A.M. After sale fellowship: Serving Burgers, Brats and refreshments. All are welcome to stay to enjoy the rest of the day and evening. Viewing: A large portion of the cattle are being fed at Dean Weber’s ranch until the morning of the sale and they will be transported to Tim’s ranch the Saturday before the sale. All heifer lots are being fed at Jason’s place. Lots 80-84, 86, 93-96, 103, 110-112 are being fed at Dillon’s place. Cattle Videos: All bulls will be videoed previous to the sale and viewing of them can be seen at www.dvauction.com. DVAuction will have TV screens set up in the sale ring area for you to view the prerecorded video of each bull. All ringmen are ready to take your bid, so get their attention in a courteous fashion. Bull Insurance: Martin-Trudeau Insurance representatives will be on site for your assistance for insuring your bulls that are purchased. Any bull purchased will need to be insured or be taken home at your own risk. Webers will pay 50% of insurance premiums. Enhanced DNA: Bulls with the Neogen symbol have been DNA tested, parentage verified, and have enhanced EPDs. We test to help our cus- tomers effectively select the cattle that fit their operation’s goals.
