Jacksonville, IL. It's easy to find us! TERMS & CONDITIONS-
Cattle will sell under the suggested terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. Announcements made on sale day from the auction block take legal precedence over printed material in this book. Cattle must be PAID FOR IN FULL before they are removed from our property unless prior arrangements are made. If you are present on sale day, settlement is due before departing unless arrangements have been made . Musgrave Angus is not liable for genetic defects unknown of at the time of sale or parentage of calves that sell with dam. We sell 100% semen interest on all bulls.
LIABILITIES-
Musgrave Angus Inc. or Salem Ag Inc. assume no liability for accidents or injuries that may occur on the sale premises.
HERD HEALTH-
The bulls were semen checked by Dr. William Johnson, Griggsville Vet Clinic. The scrotal measurements and breeding soundness exams were also administered by Dr. Johnson. Health papers will be available for immediate delivery. We are not liable for injury or death after the animal is purchased. All bulls selling have genomically enhanced EPDs and have been tested for parentage. We are not liable for parentage problems on calves, all calves will have AngusGS testing done prior to the sale. Most DNA results for the calves will be available on sale day. Any extra costs associated with export papers will be a $250 fee.
INSURANCE-
Mortality insurance will be available on sale day, death or injury after the cattle are sold is at the buyer’s risk. We highly recommended insurance for animals traveling a long distance or if you are planning to leave the animal at our ranch for an extended period of time. Take your bull home on sale day and receive $100 off in cash. Buy 3 or bulls and get a 2% discount on your total purchase. Take your cow/calf or bred cow home on sale day and get $100 off in cash.
