FROM CLASSROOM TO CAREER
At the Michael J. Coles College of Business, students are learning how to step into real work with confidence. That happens in classrooms, but just as often it happens through projects, internships, and conversations with people already doing the work. Over time, those experiences begin to connect. Students start to see how ideas translate into action and where they fit. For many, that clarity leads to tangible outcomes, including stronger career opportunities and greater confidence in their next step. Across the College, that approach shapes everything we do. It strengthens businesses, supports communities, and creates more pathways for people to move forward. At its core, that is how we think about advancing economic mobility.
