KAROL MCGUCKIN CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER Current role: I was appointed chief executive officer of Macnaughton Blair in January, after serving as chief operating officer, where I led commercial initiatives and developed strong customer relationships that positioned the company as an industry leader. With 16 years at Macnaughton Blair, I bring a wealth of experience and understanding of the business to the role, and I am committed to driving its continued growth and success.
