This document outlines evidence that former Presiding Judge Mary Elizabeth Ott engaged in a coordinated pattern of falsified judicial findings and fabricated hearing records to conceal criminal judicial misconduct, obstruct due process, and concurrently conceal that obstruction through the creation of materially fraudulent records. These actions also facilitated retaliation against the reporting party. The evidence is supported by certified transcripts, docket entries, and official court filings. - After receiving the judgement, I filed a Motion for Relief under MO Rule 74.06 (see next section) because Judge Ott’s judgement reflected a legal argument and evidence that was precisely what she clarified was not the cause for the Disqualification Motion (see page 19-20 of transcript juxtopposed to the judgment entered). She did this so she could apply an otherwise inapplicable case law that would justify leaving Judge Green assigned to not one, but two cases, petitioned by my former domestic partners, synchronously bombarding me with fraudulent court filings in the same judge’s division. I was able to use a certified trascript to site exactly what was said during the hearing on 10-11-22, and filed with The Court, to catch her in the “cover-up” of Judge Green’s crime . In fact, she concealed that any civil rights violations were reported at all , when that was the basis for the entire motion. She did not acknowledge or remedy the fact I did not have access to the file which was sealed at a “Level 5” security level despite this being a basic principle of due process rights. There was not even a final judgement in the case yet but she said that I was disgruntled about Judge Green’s judgements- when the whole issue was that there had NOT been a Marital Property Settlement Agreement entered by The Court and Judge Green was trying to proceed without it fraudulently. _____________________________________________________________________________________ 1. She was recreating what happened in the case through her judgements for the purposes of concealing the truth, undermining my credibility, and engaging in the same psychologically, emotinally, and financially abusive tactics her collegue already was , to ensure this “problem” (the crime I caught them committing with factual evidence) would go away. In this judgement, Judge Ott simply makes identical claims about what the legal cause identified in the pleadings was, and the evidence to support it based on the exhibits referenced in the motion and filed with The Court. All three motions/hearings/judgment reflect the same pattern of deceit used to aid and abet her colleague’s crime.
