P&H: What do you believe is behind the success of Greenline? RP: Customer service, beyond a shadow of doubt. It’s the personal approach that has got us where we are. Our customers are more like friends to us than clients. I’ve been to customers’ weddings and birthdays! P&H: How is business at the moment? RP: It’s going very well. We’re gaining new trade customers each month who are attracted to our level of service. It’s not always about price; good customer service seems to be the most important selling point. P&H: What’s in demand? RP: Heat pumps are probably the biggest seller at the moment along with PV panels. As electricity and fuel prices continue to increase, we’re seeing more and more

demand for PV panels, so we’re looking to grow the PV stock. We’ve just returned from a major plumbing and heating trade show in Milan where we were sourcing potential new PV panel partners. P&H: What would you like to say to your customers and your staff who have supported you over the past five years? RP: I’d like to thank each and every one of them for putting us where we are. When we started off, we didn’t know what to expect; but it just took off like a rocket. It’s due to the loyalty of our customers and the same with our staff. I can take a business trip or go on holiday and know that the business will be looked after in my absence. We’re looking forward to growing even bigger and better with them in the future.
