S ince its inception in 2017, Greenline has quickly established itself as the leading heating and plumbing supplier and has continued to grow in ways that were not initially imagined. The company can also proudly declare its award-winning status for its services, having won Small Independent Merchant of the Year at Ireland’s Plumbing and Heating Awards 2021 and Outstanding Customer Service in 2019. These awards pay homage to businesses, which are really blazing the trail in the industry, and attract attention from newly emerging businesses to long- established industry giants. Judges agreed that with its focus on great service and product quality, and in gaining repeat business and delivering customer satisfaction Greenline Plumbing Supplies was a
worthy winner. Judges noted how Greenline actively expands its range of products demonstrating that its customers’ needs are always at the forefront of what it does. Store Manager, Ray Purfield, described the award as a, “great recognition for us,” adding, “Customer service is our big thing and for us, the customer is always right!” he said. All members of staff are trained extensively on all products and are on hand to answer every customer query. “Plumbers like to come to us because we know what we’re talking about. One of our staff members is a qualified plumber; he knows exactly what plumbers are after and the type of information they need.” Greenline is open from 7am until 6pm Monday to Friday and 8am until 1pm on Saturdays, ready to greet any client with expert advice and an award- winning smile.
