RINCETON, NJ — CBRE Group Inc. , New Jersey’s largest

guage education company, is relocating from 400Alexander Park in Princeton to 7 Roszel Road, a class-A, five-story building comprised of 191,410 s/f. This office will serve as the U.S. Corporate Headquarters for Berlitz and its two operat- ing entities, Berlitz Language Schools and ELS Educational Services. “In order to lease this space directly with the landlord, we were able to make an agree- ment with another tenant to reduce its space in a separate transaction, allowing Berlitz to lease the necessary amount

of space,” said Englander. “We were determined to secure this location for Berlitz as they felt this building offered the perfect mix of amenities while allowing them to keep its headquarters in Princeton.” The office building is part of The Commons, a 300,000 s/f complex consisting of two multi-story buildings. The site provides easy access to the New Jersey Turnpike, Newark and Philadelphia In- ternational Airports, as well as a host of hotels, restaurants, and shopping along the Route 1 corridor. n
