REENVILLE, DE — Pettinaro and guests joined together to cel- ebrate the ground breaking of the new addition at the Montchanin Corporate Center in Greenville. Gregory Pettinaro , CEO, welcomed Bessemer Trust and the Glenmede Trust Com- pany as new tenants who will be occupying the newly constructed addition. “I am pleased we have this chance to construct the final addition at 20 Montchanin. With the signing of two credit financial institutions, it strengthens 20 Montchanin to be the only true class A building in the Greenville area,” said Gregory Pettinaro. The Addition will add over 30,000 s/f within two stories and a terrace level to this beautiful class A office build- ing located at 20 Montchanin Rd. Bessemer Trust has leased a suite on the first floor and Glenmede Trust has leased the entire second floor of the addition. The remaining spac- es are currently available for lease when construction ends. The Montchanin Corporate Center has been a business icon in Greenville for several decades and continues to be the preeminent high-end class A office space in the market. Construction will be completed by the affiliated Pettinaro Construction Company, Inc. and is estimated to be finished in the Fall of this year. “Glenmede has been serv- ing clients from its Delaware office for over 20 years. In that role, Messinger will work closely with vice president of sales Adam Be- dell to lead dancker’s North- ern New Jersey office and drive the company’s growth in the New York City market. Messinger brings more than 20 years of experience in the furniture sales industry to his new position. He previously served as vice president of Sales at AFD Contract Fur- niture, Inc.
