The MOST UNIQUE HISTORIC PRESERVATION/RENO. PROJECT of 2018 Benchmark Construction Decades Lancaster, PA Post Brothers Apartments The Atlantic Building Philadelphia, PA Urban Conversions Yarn Factory Lofts Philadelphia,PA

Size: 22 stories; 13,000 SF of retail, 268 units Rising 22 stories above the renowned Avenue of the Arts, The Atlantic’s exterior character makes it one of the most recognizable buildings in Philadelphia. Once an office building, it stands as an archetype of historic BeauxArts-style, and was completely reimagined from the inside-out by Starchitect Rafael Vinoly in collabora- tion with Post Brothers. Post Brothers preserved its his- toric integrity while upgrading it into a market-defining luxury residential building with the highest possible sustainability standards -- a stark juxtaposition to its former life, but one that pays homage to its storied past. Post began leasing in December and is already ahead of lease up schedule at market leading rents.

Size: 32,326 SF Located on Main Street Manayunk, Yarn Factory Lofts is a testament to the area’s industrial history. Formerly known as Wilde Yarns Mill, the three buildings (con- structed in 1884, 1932, and 1983 respectively) were acquired by Urban Converisons and renovated into a 50-unit adaptive reuse apartment project connected by a sky bridge. Renovations required work with historic preservation consultants to mitigate the level of disre- pair, steep site topography, and variations in building architecture while retaining the historic integrity of the former mill. The site also offers modern amenities including a dog park, car-share program, and easy ac- cess to public transportation.

Decades is a six-lane boutique bowling alley and arcade with a full service restaurant and bar. Located in the historic Stahr Amory, previously a historic National Guard armory, Decades will evoke nostalgs/fsquare foot gymnasium filled with amusement and cocktails. In addition to bowling, Decades will provide guests with 25 to 30 retro arcade games, ranging from Skee Ball to Tron. The chef-driven menu will bring a unique twist to familiar foods from childhood, elevated to the high quality dishes of Lancaster’s growing food scene. Beverage options will include signature cocktails, som- melier selected wines, and craft beer on tap.
