Size: 90 Acres The Crossings at Conestoga Creek (“The Crossings”), owned and operated by High Real Estate Group LLC, is a Main Street-oriented, mixed use development project that includes retail, multifamily, and hospitality components. Pedestrian friendly, the open-air environment is a place for people to meet and gather, shop and dine, relax, play and celebrate. The first of its kind in the Lancaster market, the property caters to a contemporary “cool-convenient” life- style, embodying a live-work-stay-play mentality. High Construction served as construction manager for this devel- opment which includes 90,000 s/f of Main-Street retail (an- chored by a 120,000 s/f Wegmans), 258 high-end residential units, and a 127 room Residence Inn by Marriott.

North Jersey’s premier luxury shopping center is now larger and more beautiful due to a two-phase renovation / expan- sion. Carrera marble floors and a 30-foot, custom chande- lier of handblown Czech glass greet visitors at the main entrance. A slim, self-supported feature stair rises 50 feet to the next landing, below a new skylight that floods the en- trance with natural light. Phase 1 created multi-use, multi- level space for high-end shops, restaurants and a luxurious, nine-screen, dine-in theater. Phase 2 involved new entry- ways, upgraded escalators, elevators and comfort stations, and lavish improvements in lighting, seating and floor cov- erings. Phase 2 was completed in 2018.

Kinsley has completed the first phase of this mixed-use re- development project that includes converting the former home of Trader Joe’s and Barnes & Noble into an outward facing retail complex with below grade parking. This five- phase project included demolition, parking garage construc- tion, shell fit-out construction of the first through third floors, façade renovations and extensive hardscape improvements. The site’s location is in the middle of busting downtown Towson and between many occupied businesses. Through careful planning and proactive communication, Kinsley has minimized disruptions to public transportation, business ac- tivities and pedestrian rights of way.
