At this time we have secured the following discounts: Air: Southwest has been gracious enough to provide us with a discount code for use while making your reservations. Please book your travel through SWABIZ.com to use this discount. For you early birds, if you are going to book your reservations now: select your flight, add in the company number 99796406, and a discount will be provided. Discount amounts are forthcoming. United Airlines has also provided us with a discount for their fares. Please feel free to use the Z code while booking with your travel agency, United Reservations or through the United website. The Z code is ZY6X and will provide a 2% discount for your travel costs. The phone number for United Reservations is 800- 426-1122. This code will be available for travel dates September 3 through 11 for those of you adding a few days to your trip. The Stars at Night…… Are big and bright (clap, clap, clap, clap) Deep in the Heart of Texas! And that’s where NADOA will be in September for the 44th Annual Institute! That’s right, we are heading to the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa outside of Austin, Texas where you will be able to see those stars up in the big Texas sky! Or maybe you will want to sit under a big oak tree along the Colorado River. At night you can gather around a fire pit and make s’mores with friends under those stars! There’s plenty to do at this beautiful resort. Golfing, swimming, floating on the Crooked River, kayaking, horseback riding, spa treatments…so much to do! Remember that the special rates we get for Institute at Lost Pines are good the weekend before and after, so plan on bringing your family,

Ground Transportation: Once you have arrived via air, Avis would love to make your travel to our destination easy and affordable! They will be providing us with a discount code in the near future to assist us with our travel needs. Other Transportation Options: Charter Busses: OK Tours has charter busses and mini buses available for our conference. If you have a group which would like to kick up their heels and let somebody else do the driving please feel free to contact us and we can provide you with the group details. Travel would include round trip transportation from Houston and Dallas to the Lost Pines Resort. More detailed travel information will be provided in the near future including the best routes, along with great ideas, detours along the way, possible traffic and road closure information.
