Tier 2 is a secondary level of care that is available to children and young people who are vulnerable or experiencing poor mental health, and consists of the following professionals and services: – Clinical child psychologists

– Child and adolescent psychiatrists – Community nurses/nurse specialists – Child and adolescent psychotherapists – Cognitive behavioural therapists – Family therapists – Educational psychologists – Paediatricians (especially community)

Tier 3 is a specialised level of care that is available for children and young people with severe, complex, or persistent needs and consists of the following professionals and services: – Clinical child psychologists

– Child and adolescent psychiatrists – Community nurses/nurse specialists – Family therapists – Occupational therapists – Art, music, and drama therapists – Speech and language therapists

Tier 4 is a specialised level of care that is available for children and young people with the most serious needs and consists of teams of specialist CAMHS professionals in the following settings:
