Today, the family lives there with 4,800 chickens that are allowed to spend their days outdoors. At the heart of the farm are four mobile henhouses, which are regularly moved by tractor so that fresh grass and herbs are always on the chickens’ menu. The focus is on delicious eggs and animal health. The tasty regional products of Thieles lecker Ei are available at various markets in Hildesheim and at the farm’s self-service shop. EXQUISITE PORK AND BEEF DELICACIES Since 1667, the Greve family has run their farm in Mahlum near Bockenem, guided by the principle of “quality over quantity”. That’s why Lisa and Dr Stefan Wille, the farm’s next generation, are committed to sustainable farming and animal welfare. Since 2015, the farm has been offering pro- ducts from purebred Duroc pigs, renowned for their excep- tionally tender and flavourful meat. In 2021, they introduced beef from purebred Welsh Black cattle. The entire selection is of the highest quality standard and proudly bears the “Neuland” certification. Niehoffs Hofmolkerei is located in the quaint town of Bü ltum. In 2016, the former dairy and arable farm was expanded. Hendrik and Imke Niehoff established their own dairy. Since then, the farm has been producing deli- cious yoghurt and bottling fresh milk. In 2022, they added cream cheese and soft cheese to their offerings. During
