Cohen completes $630,000 mortgage for ground lease NorthMarq Capital arranges $6.15m mortgage in Mahwah

of NorthMarq’s North NJ re- gional office, arranged a first mortgage refinancing of $6.15 million for 10 Industrial Ave., a 91,448 s/f warehouse/office property. Financing was based on a 5-year term and a 25-year amortization schedule. North- Marq arranged this financing for the borrower, Hampshire Generational fund. In a second transaction Co- hen arranged a first mortgage loan in the amount of $630,000 for the refinance of a 10,000 s/f ground lease to Valley Cottage
