a 57,300 s/f refrigerated food production facility located at 104 Commerce Ave., Gre- encastle for $1.575 million. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR and VP of Landmark Com- mercial Realty, Inc. negoti- ated the transaction between the buyer and the seller, Fresh Express, Inc. Chris Land, LLC has ac- quired the 50,000 s/f former Herre Bros. Corporate Head- quarters located at 4417 Val- ley Rd., Enola. Jason Grace, CCIM, SIOR and VP of Land- mark Commercial Realty ne- gotiated the transaction be- tween the buyer and the seller, Fulton Bank. Mabel Black Label, LLC has recently purchased a 7,200 s/f partially leased commercial building located at 5550-5570 Derry St., Harrisburg. Chuck Heller , associate broker with Landmark Com- mercial Realty represented the buyer throughout the transac- tion and Daniel Alderman of NAI CIR represented the seller. Pressley Ridge, a PA non- profit corporation, has leased 3,309 s/f of office space at 50 Utley Dr., Camp Hill. Thomas Posavec, SIOR and Roy Brenner of Landmark Com- M c K e e s p o r t , PA — RIDC announced that Duquesne Light Co. has pur- chased land in the RIDC Industrial Center of McKees- port. Duquesne Light Com- pany bought 4.67 acres on Center St. for $273,195 and will be constructing a 26,000 s/f building on the property to use as an electric utility ser- vice center. This new service center reinforces Duquesne Light’s commitment to McK- eesport and further continues the redevelopment of the RIDC Industrial Center of McKeesport. Donald Smith, Jr. , presi- dent of RIDC, said “We are happy to see this investment in the Mon Valley region.
