Bringing more than 20 years’ experience to his new position, Young will oversee Alfred San- zari Enterprises’ commercial, industrial and retail portfolio, excluding the Glenpointe of- fice complex. “Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ industry reputa- tion, and broad scope of real estate products and services makes this a great place to be,” said Young. “I look forward to meeting, and exceeding, ten- ant expectations on a daily basis.” Prior to joining Alfred San- zari Enterprises, Young served as property manager for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp.’s world- famous Decoration & Design Building in New York City. He also previously worked as a property manager for Boston Properties, one of the largest owners, managers and devel- opers of first-class office prop- erties in the United States.
