SURVEY ENGAGEMENT Bi-annual resident surveys are communicated to residents via app announcements, push notifications, email and on- site activation through digital screens and on-site team engagement.

RESIDENT APPS The MyModa and MyCasa apps serve as an all- in-one tool for Moda residents allowing them to manage their living experience from their mobile phone. Residents can manage everything from their day-to-day needs including concierge and maintenance requests to community engagement, event bookings, and access to exclusive discounts and partnerships with local and national brand partners. The app also includes information about our ESG agenda where residents can read about our sustainable community modules (including EPC ratings, Utopi and our Net Zero Commitments). Residents are set-up on the app and given an introduction on how to use the app by on-site team upon move-in.
