WELLBEING Moda delivers a comprehensive offering of wellbeing services and facilities that support its residents, team members and the surrounding community to live their best lives. This aims to encourage positive mindsets through the joy of movement, helping its communities build healthy lifestyles with positive habits, and understanding their minds and bodies better. All Moda residents are given access to on-demand mental health services including top nutritionists,wellbeing coaches, sleep advisors, mindfulness classes and healthy cooking classes, as well as wellbeing zones and 24hr gym access. Moda’s wellbeing strategy includes weekly fitness classes, monthly yoga, quarterly
